I made the service appointment over the phone with Lisa. She was very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything in detail that my car needed. Cassandra was there on the day of the service. She also was very friendly and helpful. Car was ready a a couple hours earlier than we expected as I was waiting in service lounge.

Our sincerest apologies for not getting you a copy of the alignment sheet. It appears we were having printer difficulties on the day in question, but those have been remedied! With respect to the alignment, on newer vehicles, especially the ID.4, with all of the fancy driver assist systems and cameras, alignments take a bit longer than they used to. Again, our sincerest apologies and we hope to see you at your next service.
