    The first 3 calls in that day to schedule service did not go so well (we truly never wanted to buy a new car but that is another story). Being told by Andrew I am being charged for a diagnostic fee on a brand new car's infotainment system boggled my mind and I asked why, he put on hold for 10 minutes to be told someone would call me back, then they called back and told I am being transferred to the General Manager (still no idea why) went to his voice mail he didn't answer and then I called back in and asked for Service where I was connected with Lisa G. Lisa was now left to deal with frustrated me. She was professional, she listened, she was informative and helpful. She explained only charged if we spilled something on the radio or did something egregious to which we did not. Lisa handled the situation like a champ! My expectations (below) were not met at all until I connected with Lisa and I will rate based on Lisa because if I rate based on Andrew and the outcome would be different. She stayed in communication with me and was amazing! True professional, relatable and kind. 5 Stars for Lisa saving the day! She is a keeper!
