Our salesperson Emre Or was patient and supportive through the long process of offering and then eventually receiving our 2025 ID.4 S Plus, despite poor communication from VW corporate. Emre also made the experience of signing for and picking up the new car efficient and productive.

My vehicle, which I purchased new in Oct. 2024, has little mileage on it and has been driven by myself exclusively for less than 6 months, drives noticeably smoother after it was repaired. I was disappointed with the duration of time required to complete the repair (for a new vehicle), even though I totally understand parts need to be ordered. With that being said, I was pleased on the completion date, after 2 unsuccessful attempts to reach Vanessa in Service and I chose not to leave a message, her co-worker called me within 2 minutes to advise me of Vanessa being unavailable due to another call and also my vehicle was ready for pickup.
