One price was quoted to me and approved by me for the job. I was, in the end, asked to pay $150 more than initially agreed on. And the service manager was rude and unkind when I asked why.

Vanessa was my service advisor at Volkswagen in Portsmouth NH and she was very helpful and patient with me. Her technician located the issue with my vehicle within in 24hours and provided me a loaner. The piece was expected to take 2 months and my car was done in 2 weeks.
