My experience was great when I walked in I saw my Salesman Alan who sold me the car and he brought we right up to the parts desk, that was a great experience when I walked in the door. All was smooth until picking the car up. I paid just around 1000$ for a car starter that was about 150-200$ more than what I was originally told.
