They accommodated my scheduled maintenance request on a short notice. All services were performed at the time promised. They gave me timely updates and provided me with the vehicle health report including the tire depths on both all season and winter tires and brake pad thickness I asked for. Pricing was lower than what they estimated at the time of scheduling. It was a perfect experience.

I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. when I got home I noticed my cabin air filter was half out on the floor. I called and they said come in and they would push it back in. the next day I look under my hood and my engine air filter screws were all out and the hose was disconected and my engine cover was missing. I called the manager and he said they had a high school kid in there learning. I paid $165. for an oil change I want a trained tech working on my car. If I had known that I would have went to the place up the street for $50. and why were they taking all my filters apart? They told me my engine cover wasn't on there. my car is new the only time my hood was up was for the 3 oil changes that you people did. They did rectify the situation, but the whole ordeal was ridiculous. I also bought a maintenence plan that no one can seem to find there
