Just odd to me that the parts that were required for a 60,000 mile Service that was scheduled well over a week in advance weren’t ordered or in stock so I had to leave my car there for two extra days to arrange a ride. Seems to be a miscommunication between service and the parts department or service doesn’t realize what parts are required for certain interval / scheduled maintenance. I also put two special requests on the online form when I scheduled the appointment that the service advisors seem to be surprised by when I mentioned it after dropping off the car, so nobody ever read the notes entered. If you don’t read them, you shouldn’t offer. Other than that communication was good and car seems fine. Survey mentions cleanliness of car, but doesn’t look like that car cleaning was an option or something this dealer offers.

Our only complaint was that it took forever to do the paperwork. Other than that we had a really good experience -- it was easy, no pressure, a car was available, and all of our questions were answered.
