I was missing caps that cover the wheel lugs. I wished it was taken care of. One of my wheel rims was damaged by the wrench when removing the tire.

Jeremy and Jen were fantastic. Jeremy is low pressure sales, exactly what you want. Jen in finance is straight forward, friendly and funny. Normal talk, no corporate 10-mintue manager stuff you typically see at dealerships. GM is a typical dealership GM. Old school sales guy through and through but gets the job done. Tends to talk over you but has good intentions.
