Overall - I have my car back. My deduction of one star is due to communication, or lack there-of. I would call to check on the status and my service agent would be helping another customer but would call as soon as he was done. Fair enough. The call back never came. On the day my car was to be ready by noon, I called 11:37, 1:41, and 3:29. Each time being told he would call back in 5 minutes. Overall - he was really good to work with, but I'm disappointed in VW's follow through. One other complaint: I brought my car in because the window would not close. That day, I received a video of my tire tread being caged, and my brake quality. However, I got no video or pictures of the actual VERY COSTLY problem. If you are going to do video inspections, how about reporting on the actual problem the car was brought in for? I want to say again, however, that overall - I was very satisfied. These would not keep me from coming back. You asked for feedback and I usually skip surveys altogether, but I did want to share this for improvement purposes only. Everyone was otherwise very professional and nice to work with.
