I wasn't expecting to schedule service appointment this easy the week before the 4th of July, but they accommodated me. I didn't ask for the data on my car, such as tire thread wear or brake pad thickness, they emailed that to me during my car's maintenance. Cassie kept me posted with every update. It was a very pleasant experience.

I purchased a Jetta at the end of May and had a small problem, my salesmen Emre Or was a class act and got a service appointment on the books for me (He was also a very nice person who was great to spend this longer amount of time with during the sales process) Jen Sprague was also very helpful! Cassandra in the service department was prompt, attentive and accommodating that I needed to be at work the day of the service. I even needed to reschedule once due to a personal error on my part and it was still seamless. Derrick, my driver who saved me using a personal day from work was very nice and we had a nice conversation too and from my work. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from this establishment and I'm happy to see that the switch from seacoast vw to portsmouth vw/ICL has not had customer service quality lost. In actuality I think this has been my best experience since purchasing my rabbit in 2006. Thank you all.
